Jérôme Ariës, tax adviser, is a member of the Indirect Tax practice group in our Rotterdam office. He focuses on VAT and real estate transfer tax.
Jérôme Ariës, tax adviser, is a member of the Indirect Tax practice. He specializes in advising real estate investors and project developers on VAT and real estate transfer tax. He has experience in structuring complex real estate projects, joint ventures and real estate portfolio purchases and sales. Aside from that, he also advises regularly on corporate VAT and on international trade. Jérôme is part of our Project Development & Construction Team and Solar Team. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
