We are thrilled to present our upcoming Private Equity Expert Series – a collection of insightful breakfast sessions covering a variety of private equity-related topics.

The series of breakfast sessions will be led by experts from Loyens & Loeff in collaboration with external industry professionals. Our goal is to offer you valuable insights into current issues, trends and developments in the world of private equity and fund management. We will deep dive into the key legal and tax aspects of various private-equity related topics, including fund formation, fund finance, fund management, M&A, regulatory matters and much more.

The series will kick off on Friday 19 April, and each subsequent workshop will take place in the weeks following.
