Marieke van der Lande, attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group in our Amsterdam office. Marieke is a member of the Funds / Private Equity firm focus area.
Marieke van der Lande is a corporate M&A lawyer with a strong focus on venture capital, growth equity and mid-market private equity transactions. She has extensive experience in the private equity space, including growth investments, competitive auction processes, exits, management incentive plans and warranty & indemnity insurance.
Marieke regularly advises venture capital and growth equity investors, alongside private equity houses and financial investors. Her practice spans transactions ranging from early-stage and scale-up investments to leveraged buyouts, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the private capital landscape.
She was trained at a leading international law firm and gained substantial mid-market expertise at a boutique law firm before joining the Loyens & Loeff team. From mid 2024 to early 2025, she was seconded as deal counsel at one of the Netherlands’ largest private equity houses.
