Our Real Estate team advised Athora on the acquisition and development of new-build residential property The Prince of Delft, consisting of 260 apartments for young professionals, general space and commercial space.
The team also advised on the structuring regarding the heating system (ATES-installation or district heating and a temporary heating system), including several agreements and deeds (with the Seller, operator and Municipality) in that regard, as well as other deeds.
