Loyens & Loeff advised AM on the development and realisation of a building complex, consisting of 212 housing units, approx. 850 sq. m. GFA retail space and 70 parking spaces, designated for a co-living housing concept for young professionals, in the district Amstelkwartier in Amsterdam. The property has been sold to a fund, managed by IC Netherlands, and is currently operated as The FIZZ Lofts. An integrated team of legal and tax advisers of L&L, in cooperation with legal advisers of Van Doorne, has advised AM on the sale and transfer by AM to the fund. The fund was advised by legal advisers of Houthoff and tax advisers of PwC.
