Marco heads our Swiss Corporate / M&A practice group and specialises in private and public M&A transactions, private equity, corporate governance and capital markets laws. He is an Authorized Issuers’ Representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange. His clients include multinational enterprises and international private equity funds particularly active in the technology, food and beverage and industrial sectors. He regularly advises boards of directors on corporate governance topics and ESG related matters.
Marco regularly speaks on M&A and corporate governance topics. He is actively involved with the American Bar Association and the International Bar Association and recognized by Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR1000 as a leading lawyer.
