Specialized Switzerland, one of the biggest bike manufacturers globally, acquired The Factory Bike Shop, a retail bike shop in Fribourg, and Bike Concept SA, owner of Ciclissimo with its 11 shops in the Romandie and Basel. These acquisitions will enable Specialized Switzerland to expand its market share and direct access to consumers.
