Loyens & Loeff advised 12 Horizons Pte. Ltd., a specialized low latency solutions provider operating radio-frequency lines, and its shareholders as global lead counsel on its Swiss joint venture, 12H AG, with SIX Swiss Exchange AG.

As of 1 May 2018 12H AG provides low-latency access for Swiss securities trading via radio-frequency technology and connects Zurich to London, Frankfurt and Milan as well as London to Milan and Frankfurt to Milan. The network provides participants of SIX Swiss Exchange and clients of 12 Horizons with fast execution of trading strategies and efficient risk management.
