Linda Brosens, attorney at law, focusses on complex corporate tax matters and has extensive expertise in European and international tax law. As Of Counsel in the Brussels office of Loyens & Loeff, she demonstrates expert capabilities in navigating sophisticated tax challenges for multinational businesses. Linda is also a member of specialized knowledge groups on current international tax developments, such as Pillar Two, DAC 6, BEFIT and substance.

Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff in 2017, Linda worked as a researcher at the Universiteit Antwerpen and as a Tax Advisor focussing on national and international tax issues of multinational groups and on corporate restructuring. In this role, she also worked at the Belgian tax desk in New York.
Linda is currently also a Professor of Tax Law at the Universiteit Antwerpen and member of the Antwerp Tax Academy. Linda is a regular speaker at prominent tax conferences and publishes regularly on corporate tax matters. She is a member of editors for the renowned journal Tijdschrift voor Fiscaal recht.
