A key milestone this year is the launch of the Sustainability Strategy 2025–2027. Built around four pillars, Client Centricity, Excellent Employment Practices, Supporting Civil Society and Environmental Responsibility, the strategy provides a clear framework for how the firm continues to create long-term value for clients, its people and society, in line with CSRD requirements.
Throughout 2025, the firm continued to invest in its people and culture. Initiatives such as peer-group coaching and the Heartbeat programme were introduced to strengthen collaboration, trust and psychological safety, alongside a continued focus on learning, mentoring and inclusion. In total, 248 colleagues participated in learning and development programmes supporting their day-to-day practice.
Supporting society remains an integral part of the firm’s approach. During Act of Kindness Week, colleagues across offices contributed to local communities through volunteering activities. Over the course of the year, colleagues dedicated 8,232 hours to teaching and knowledge-sharing and 1,147 hours to pro bono work across 43 cases.
The CSR Report 2025 reflects a continued step forward in the firm’s sustainability journey. While progress has been made, the focus remains on building further in the years ahead.
