About Roland de Vlam
He represents his clients in administrative and civil litigation, in proceedings before the Dutch energy regulator, ACM, and in legislative processes. He furthermore advises market parties on regulatory aspects of energy related transactions and projects. His engagements include renewable and conventional production, transmission and (smart) distribution, storage and energy efficiency; all with respect to gas, power, heat and (drinking) water.
Roland is a member of the Dutch Bar Associate and of the Dutch Energy Law Association. He is a member of the legal taskforces of the Dutch solarPV association Holland Solar and chairman of the Green Business Club Zuidas. He regularly speaks and publishes on energy related topics.
