Jan de Heer, attorney at law, specializes in (general) administrative law, with a particular focus on real estate developments and real estate transactions.

About Jan de Heer

Jan is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. He specializes in general (procedural) administrative law with a specific focus on zoning and planning related matters. Jan advises and litigates for project developers, (institutional) real estate investors, as well as for (local) governments and large enterprises on public law (enforcement) issues and matters in the overlapping area between public/private law.

Jan is a member of Loyens & Loeff’s Project Development and Solar Energy teams and he is actively involved in the introductory course on Administrative Law at Leiden University as a guest lecturer. In addition, he is an annotator for ‘JG’ and a treasurer at the Rotterdam Legal Society.
