The World Port Center is a multi-tenant office tower located on the Kop van Zuid in Rotterdam and consists of approx. 35,500 sq m office space. Major tenants are the Port of Rotterdam and the National Police. The World Port Center has been refurbished recently and awarded a BREEAM Excellent and a WELL Gold certificate.
