Bart Heijnen, tax adviser, has been working in the Indirect Tax practice of Loyens & Loeff since 2008.
About Bart Heijnen
Bart specializes in VAT. He mainly advises large corporations and (semi-)public institutions on the more general and complex VAT issues. In that regard, he frequently advocates on behalf of clients before the tax authorities, for example in case of a tax audit, and has gained broad experience in settling tax disputes, assisting with voluntary disclosures and obtaining advance certainty on VAT related matters.
Bart is part of the Loyens & Loeff German desk and Energy team. He is also a member of Loyens & Loeff’s Insolvency and Restructuring team, where he focusses on rendering indirect tax advice relating to companies in financial distress.
