Roland de Vlam

Roland W. de Vlam, attorney at law, specialises in Energy law. He represents his clients in administrative and civil litigation, in proceedings before the Dutch energy regulator ACM and in legislative processes. He furthermore advises market parties on regulatory aspects of energy related transactions and projects. His engagements include renewable and conventional production, transmission and (smart) distribution, storage and energy efficiency; all with respect to gas, power, heat and (drinking) water.
Roland is a member of the Dutch Bar Associate and of the Dutch Energy Law Association. He is a member of the legal taskforces of the Dutch solarPV association Holland Solar and of the Dutch Green Building Council. He regularly speaks and publishes on energy related topics.
