Irene specialises in contractual and liability disputes and class action proceedings. She advises and represents a range of both public and private companies in domestic and international legal proceedings. Before joining the Litigation & Risk Management practice group, Irene gained experience in the Corporate / M&A practice group, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
Recent matters that Irene has worked on include representing:
- a public utilities company in a Dutch class action on public interests.
- a major audit firm in an international proceeding on alleged (accountancy) liability.
- a financial institution in civil court proceeding on an alleged liability based on tort.
