Commercial litigation
The type of matters that we most commonly handle are related to complex commercial and contractual disputes such as the delivery of defective goods under a purchase agreement, significant delays under a construction agreement, or unpaid invoices. You can rely on our team to resolve any type of domestic or cross-border contractual dispute. We have a strong track record in enforcing judgments and awards, and in obtaining or opposing protective measures such as freezing orders and preliminary injunctions.
Corporate litigation
Our corporate litigation experts have ample experience with all types of corporate disputes:
- shareholder disputes, and disputes between shareholders and management
- liability of management board or supervisory board members
- inquiry proceedings and interim measures (including before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal)
- M&A and post-M&A disputes, including breaches of representations and warranties under a share purchase agreement, as well as price adjustment issues
- disputes related to shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and other corporate contracts
We have substantial experience litigating cases before the relevant courts in our home markets, from summary judges, district courts (including commercial courts such as the Netherlands Commercial Court) to courts of appeal.
