He advises predominantly PE and private debt fund managers in structuring their funds and investment platforms, as part of the Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg's fully integrated Investment Management team.

He also helps large MNE groups navigate through an increasingly complex EU and Luxembourg tax environment, and he represents taxpayers in pre-litigation discussions with tax authorities and before the courts.

He is member of the IFA and participates in the work of several tax groups in industry-representative bodies such as AmCham, UEL (Luxembourg business union) and ALFI (Luxembourg’s fund industry association). He is furthermore a member of the editorial board of the Luxembourg tax review "Revue Générale de Fiscalité Luxembourgeoise".

Pierre-Antoine Klethi, senior associate, is a member of the Tax and Investment Management Practice Groups in our Luxembourg office. He focuses on fund and deal structuring and corporate tax advice, and he also jointly leads the Luxembourg Tax Controversy Team.
