Philippe specialises in corporate litigation and class action defence. He advises and represents (public and private) companies, their D&O's and their investors on various corporate governance and securities law topics, including M&A disputes, shareholder conflicts, and complex securities litigation. Philippe has successfully handled numerous high-stakes and complex cross-border disputes on a wide range of contentious corporate governance and securities matters.

Philippe is a PhD candidate at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, where he writes a thesis on shareholder information rights in Dutch companies. Philippe regularly publishes academic contributions on both corporate law and corporate governance. He is a member of the editorial board of the Dutch academic journal Corporate Law Monthly Review (Maandblad voor Ondernemingsrecht) and a member of the association for corporate litigation in the Netherlands (Vereniging Corporate Litigation).
