Philippe advises and represents (public and private) companies, their D&O's and their investors on various corporate law, corporate governance and securities law topics, including M&A disputes, shareholder conflicts, and complex securities litigation. Philippe has successfully handled numerous high-stakes and complex cross-border disputes on a wide range of contentious corporate and securities law matters, including class actions.

In addition to his legal practice, Philippe regularly gives lectures and contributes to academic publications on corporate law and corporate governance. He is a member of the editorial board of the Dutch academic journal Corporate Law Monthly Review ('Maandblad voor Ondernemingsrecht) and a member of the association for corporate litigation in the Netherlands (Vereniging Corporate Litigation). Philippe holds a PhD in corporate law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, granted for his research on shareholder information rights in Dutch companies.
