Philippe Hezer, attorney at law, is a member of the Litigation & Risk Management practice group. He specializes in class action litigation and corporate law, including corporate litigation, corporate governance and securities law.

Philippe advises and represents both public and private companies in legal proceedings on a wide range of corporate law issues, including M&A litigation, shareholder disputes and complex securities litigation. Philippe also has significant experience representing (listed) companies and their D&O’s in high-stakes class action litigation. In addition, he regularly advises clients on corporate governance, director duties and obligations and (financial) disclosure obligations.
Philippe is a PhD candidate at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, where he writes a thesis on shareholder information rights in Dutch companies. Philippe regularly publishes academic contributions on both corporate law and corporate governance. He is a member of the association for corporate litigation in the Netherlands (Vereniging Corporate Litigation).
