Philippe advises and represents both public and private companies in legal proceedings on a wide range of corporate law issues, including M&A litigation, shareholder disputes and complex securities litigation. Philippe also has significant experience representing (listed) companies and their D&O’s in high-stakes class action litigation. In addition, he regularly advises on clients on corporate governance, director duties and obligations and (financial) disclosure obligations.

Philippe is a PhD candidate at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, where he writes a thesis on shareholder information rights in Dutch companies. Philippe regularly publishes in scientific journals on both corporate law and corporate governance. He is a member of the association for corporate litigation in the Netherlands (Vereniging Corporate Litigation).
