Menno advises corporate clients, sponsors and financial institutions in respect of a variety of capital markets transactions, including public M&A. His primary focus is on equity and equity-linked transactions such as initial public offerings, rights issues and convertible bonds. Menno further has ample experience in debt capital markets, where he advises on debt programmes and standalone debt instruments, including corporate hybrids and regulatory capital. Menno is also a member of the ESG focus group.
