Croma-Pharma GmbH signed a Business Combination Agreement with European Healthcare Acquisition & Growth Company B.V.

Croma-Pharma GmbH (”Croma”), an Austrian based fast-growing and internationally leading family-owned business in the fields of minimally invasive aesthetics and reconstructive medicine, will go public on Euronext Amsterdam via a business combination with European Healthcare Acquisition & Growth Company B.V. (“EHC”), a Dutch operators-led special purpose acquisition company. This is the first de-SPAC transaction announced for an Austrian company. Upon closing of the transaction, EHC is expected to be converted and renamed into Croma N.V.
