Tom Hamen is a qualified Luxembourg lawyer (Avocat à la Cour) within the tax department of Loyens & Loeff in Luxembourg.
He specialises in international tax law and has a focus on cross-border transactions and restructurings. Tom also advises clients on Luxembourg and international real estate tax matters.
Tom is a member of the firm-wide Region Team Germany of Loyens & Loeff and increasingly serves the German speaking market.
