She advises a wide range of financial institutions, amongst others banks, investment firms, trading platforms, financial service providers, payment institutions, crypto-asset service providers and insurers. Her experience includes assisting in license application, financial litigation and advising on ongoing compliance matters, with a focus on the Fintech and payments sector, and financial service providers.
In 2017, Wendy was seconded to a Dutch credit offeror, where she focused on the rules regarding the offering of mortgage credit. In the first half of 2018, she was based in Loyens & Loeff’s Luxembourg office.
