Imme Kam heads Loyens & Loeff’s Paris office, which provides Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg legal and tax advice to French clients and co-heads the firm’s Dutch (dividend) withholding tax committee.
Imme specialises in Dutch and international tax structuring and acquisitions for, particularly French, multinational enterprises and investment funds. He has broad experience in advising joint ventures, controversy situations and Dutch operations of foreign multinational enterprises.
Imme is frequently contacted for his expertise in the field of Dutch withholding taxes on dividends, interest & royalties and is an author in this area for the Dutch Journal of Tax Law (NTFR).
Imme frequently acts as speaker at international tax seminars and conferences, including Loyens & Loeff’s Paris seminar. Imme is a member of the region team France and already worked at the Paris office from 2011 to 2013.
