Marjolein works within the integrated real estate practice of Loyens & Loeff with civil-law notaries, lawyers and tax specialists, with a focus on the purchase and sale of - among other things - to be developed real estate in a broad sense. Project developers, Dutch real estate funds, (international) pension funds and housing corporations are among her clients.

Marjolein is also involved in the property law structuring of projects and teaches at NEPROM. Finally, she has gained a great deal of experience in the (structured) sale of real estate - whether or not via internet - by virtue of foreclosure by the bank or a receiver in bankruptcy. An important feature in her advice is that she translates legal theory into practical implementation.
