Loyens & Loeff adviseerde met de verkoop van winkelcentrum

The long-awaited proposal regarding Book 7 of the new Civil Code was submitted to Parliament on 16 April. Book 7 deals with "special contracts" such as sale, lease and service agreements (amongst which construction agreements).

We advised a Dutch subsidiary of Patrizia AG on the disposal of a retail portfolio.  

The Belgian Parliament approved a new Book 6 of the Civil Code, which brings significant changes to the country’s tort liability regime.
