The platform will be seeded with an initial portfolio of 33 industrial and last mile logistics properties comprising a total of approximately 200,000 m2. The properties were all acquired in the fourth quarter of 2020 via 16 separate transactions. The 33 objects are located in urban infill locations within the Randstad while over 70% of the total portfolio concentrates on Amsterdam and Rotterdam. HighBrook and Proptimize plan to significantly grow the CityLink portfolio this year with additional acquisitions across the Dutch market.
