Qury van Vliet, senior associate, is a member of the Corporate practice group and the Capital Markets team in our Amsterdam office. She also focuses on financial reporting law and is a member of the financial reporting law team.
Qury focuses on Dutch corporate law. She advises multinationals, listed companies and investors on the full range of corporate transactions, including IPOs. Furtermore she has gained extensive knowledge and experience in advising clients on (financial) reporting law questions.
