Rutger often works on complex liability cases and coverage related disputes.  He works in matters for (international) corporates in various industries as well as insureds, intermediaries and insurance brokers. As such Rutger is a member of the Loyens & Loeff liability and insurance team. Rutger has substantial experience in litigating cases before relevant Dutch courts, including summary judges, district courts and courts of appeal. Previously Rutger worked at a large international insurance company and at an insurance broker.
