Martijn Rongen, Senior Legal Counsel, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group.

He specialises in securitisations. He has taught and performed research at the Radboud University of Nijmegen. He has also worked as an adviser at a major Dutch law firm.
Martijn regularly teaches and publishes articles on financing and security rights. He obtained his PhD in 2012 from the Radboud University of Nijmegen with the topic of the assignment of claims in financial transactions. He teaches the Grotius specialist course ‘Financing and Securities’.
