Li Shao is a Senior Associate in the Indirect Tax Team and the Tax Litigation Team and specialises in value added tax (VAT), real estate transfer tax (RETT) and Dutch administrative tax law. He advises a broad range of domestic and international clients on the indirect tax aspects of their operations and transactions.

Li Shao Wu has extensive experience in tax controversy and litigation. He represents companies and individuals in tax audits and investigations, objection procedures, disputes with the tax collector and appeal proceedings before the Dutch courts, with a particular focus on indirect tax matters.

He regularly publishes on VAT and is particularly involved in analysing the VAT treatment of complex (financial) transactions.
