He advises banks, alternative lenders, financial institutions, corporates and investment funds on a broad range of acquisition financings, leveraged and structured financings, refinancings and complex restructuring matters, often involving cross-border structures.

Prior to joining LoyensLoeff, Léopold spent over six years in Brussels, advising banks and sponsors on corporate finance transactions, and more than eight years in a leading Luxembourg law firm, where he was closely involved in high-profile financings for major private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.
