Gatien regularly represents clients in international arbitration proceedings, mainly in construction, energy and corporate matters.
He also assists with court proceedings concerning the setting aside, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
Alongside his arbitration practice, he is involved in commercial litigation before Belgian courts.
