Diogo Dias, Associate, is a member of the Corporate Practice in our Luxembourg currently seconded in our London Office. He has extensive experience in advising clients on private equity transactions, corporate finance and M&A.

Diogo specialises in private M&A transactions and public takeovers, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, he acquired over two years of experience in international taxation, transfer pricing and VAT with a focus on the private equity sector in a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg.
He generally focuses on transactional work for private equity firms but also advises international groups on acquisitions, restructuring matters and the implementation of management incentive plans.
Diogo also helps private equity firms navigate every stage of the investment life cycle, from initial acquisition, through to ultimate exit, whether by way of sale or IPO.
