Our team structured the model used to develop new solar photovoltaic projects, including setting up a contracting structure and establishing a Belgian subsidiary for solar projects. We also assisted to secure subsidies, and drafted and negotiated the solar photovoltaic equipment lease agreement with the on-site tenant-off-taker, the building right agreement for the solar photovoltaic installation and the operations & maintenance agreement.
