Delighted to have advised Vattenfall N.V., Swedish energy company and market leader in Norther Europe, on the divestment of its onshore wind farms Rodenburg and Nieuwe Hemweg to the Dutch insurer a.s.r. These two Dutch onshore wind farms have a combined capacity of 51.2 MW.
The ten wind turbines of Jaap Rodenburg are located in Almere Pampus and have a combined capacity of 38 MW. Vattenfall will continue to purchase power produced by the turbines after the sale. The six wind turbines of Nieuwe Hemweg are located in the port area of Amsterdam and have a combined capacity of 13.2 MW.
