Our team supported FrieslandCampina throughout all aspects of the transaction, including the works council process and the required approvals. 

In 2024 and 2025, we also assisted FrieslandCampina with the establishment of a separate investment account relating to indexation. The transferred assets concerned pension entitlements accrued in 2015 for a specific group of FrieslandCampina employees.
