Robin assisted his clients include:
- The Pensioenfonds Notariaat-case in which the premium policy and the transition to the new pension scheme under the new Pensions Act ('Wet Toekomst Pensioenen') has been assessed in court;
- The FrieslandCampina-case, where the court examined the termination and corresponding potential damages of the administration agreement concluded with the company pension fund;
- The Euronext-case in which the different and separate responsibilities of employers and pension funds regarding indexation schemes and payments were established by the Supreme Court;
- Summary proceedings on the new Pensions Act ('Wet Toekomst Pensioenen') in which he advised and represented industry-wide pension funds;
- Legal proceedings and advice on investment policies in place at pension funds.
His cases are published in the legal journal 'Pensioenjurisprudentie' and in news magazines (PensioenPro and PensioenMagazine). Robin also publishes on pension matters in various professional journals.
