With an initial commitment of €400 million, ABP is enabling the development of more than 1,100 new rental homes across the Netherlands. At least half of these homes will fall within the mid‑rent segment, in accordance with the Affordable Rent Act. All new developments will be designed and constructed to meet rigorous sustainability standards and to align with leading ESG benchmarks.
