He mainly advises on the Dutch tax aspects of international investment fund structures, with a particular focus on inbound investments into the Netherlands by international investors (notably in real estate) as well as fund formation for Dutch-based managers. He has developed particular expertise in the application of the ATAD2 rules and the Dutch tax entity classification framework.

From April 2023 to April 2024, he was seconded to the Loyens & Loeff London office. He is also an active member of the firm’s German Region Team.
