Loyens & Loeff advises Volpi Capital on the closing of its second fund
We advised Volpi Capital LLP on the setting up of Volpi Capital Investments II SCSp, based in Luxembourg.

Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg S.à r.l. advised Volpi Capital LLP, a private equity firm specializing in lower middle markets and industry consolidation, on regulatory, legal and tax aspects of the setting up, structuring, financing and closing of Volpi Capital Investments II SCSp, based in Luxembourg.
The fund closed on 12 January 2021 at €323 million (excluding co-investments) surpassing it €300 million target, and is 75% larger than Volpi’s predecessor fund which closed in March 2018 on €185 million.
The fund contemplates to invest in lower mid-market companies with enterprise value typically between EUR 50 million and EUR 200 million. In particular, it will select companies providing the following services: information & data, software solutions and expert services.
