Brexit
On 23 June 2016 the UK population voted for the UK’s exit from the European Union (EU). What will happen when the UK leaves the EU? Brexit presents many challenges and uncertainties. The negotiation of the terms of Brexit will be a highly political process and the outcome is as yet unclear.
Loyens & Loeff has set up a Brexit Team consisting of dedicated partners and associates active in ten legal areas. We monitor the developments and the potential impact closely and combine all the necessary knowledge to advise you in an efficient and adequate manner.
