Robin (R.F.) van der Ham, attorney at law, is a member of the Employment Law, Taxes & Benefits practice group. He specialises in (collective) pension law and advises and litigates on all pension matters. He represents (large) companies and pension administrators, such as pension funds and insurance companies. He also publishes on pension matters in professional journals. A list of articles written by him and published judgments from court cases in which he acted as a lawyer is available on request. He is a member of the Loyens & Loeff Pensions and Pension Fund team and a member of the Dutch Association for Pension Law.
