P. Hermine E. Voûte, attorney at law, is chairwoman of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. She specialises in employment law, with the emphasis on collective dismissals, employee representation, and collective bargaining. She is a member of the Corporate Investigations Team. Hermine was acting Dean of the Netherlands Bar Association until 1 July 2012.

She is a lecturer in collective dismissal law for the Grotius Academy in employment law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. In addition, she has published several articles on labour law-related subjects such as reorganisations and collective dismissals.

Supporting the social engagement that characterises our firm’s culture, amongst others Hermine is a member of the Board of the Right to Play Nederland Foundation as well as a member of the Supervisory board of the Eye Film Institute the Netherlands.
