Working abroad often raises many issues for employers and employees alike. This applies to Dutch employees that are going to work abroad for shorter or longer periods as well as to international workers coming to work in the Netherlands. By cross-border employment, we mean working on the mainland and also on board seagoing vessels and in the offshore sector.
