International Employment Mobility

Working abroad often raises many issues for employers and employees alike. This applies to Dutch employees that are going to work abroad for shorter or longer periods as well as to international workers coming to work in the Netherlands. By cross-border employment, we mean working on the mainland and also on board seagoing vessels and in the offshore sector.

You can contact our International Employment Mobility team for all your employment law, tax and social security law questions related to cross-border work. They will advise you on and assist you with, among other things, the drafting of contracts, applying for work permits, and the tax and social security aspects.

Thanks to its unique composition, the IEMT has extensive knowledge of all the international regulations that relate to cross-border employment.
