Ruben Baeb is an attorney at law in our Brussels office. His practice covers the full spectrum of lending and credit products, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, syndicated lending and project finance.
Ruben advises financial institutions and corporate clients on a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions. He regularly supports stakeholders such as lenders, borrowers, investors and project companies in navigating complex financing structures. His work includes involvement in the financing of several offshore wind projects in Belgium and abroad, as well as in the financing of various landmark real estate assets in Belgium.
