Robert Veenhoven specialises in (international) tax aspects of investment fund formation, management participations and deal structuring. He is actively involved in the Private Equity team of Loyens & Loeff. He further has a special interest in the tax aspects of financing transactions. On behalf of the Dutch IFA branch, he is the author of the IFA Cahier 2019 “Interest Deductibility: Implementation of BEPS Action 4”. From 2016 through 2017, he was seconded to our London office to work on a variety of international transactions.
