Loyens & Loeff advised Parcom in the establishment of its seventh fund, Parcom Fund VII (“Fund VII”). Parcom announced that the fund closed at the hard cap of €960 million.
Fund VII has experienced strong demand from Parcom’s existing investor base, as well as from new investors both domestic and international. Fund VII will be a continuation of Parcom’s strategy of investing in leading mid-market companies headquartered in the Netherlands, often in partnership with founders and entrepreneurs.
