Omar advises clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and private equity transactions. His experience includes working with multinational corporations, private equity firms, and institutional investors on cross-border transactions and complex corporate matters.
Before joining our Luxembourg team in 2022, Omar practiced in the corporate department of a top-tier Luxembourg law firm, where he was involved in high-profile M&A and restructuring deals. He also trained at international law firms in Paris, Monaco, and Casablanca, gaining broad international exposure to corporate and transactional law.
