Marlous Verhoog, tax adviser, is a member of the Investment Management practice group and is based in our New York office. She focuses on international tax matters relating to real estate investments.

Marlous specialises in advising on a wide variety of international tax matters, with a strong focus on real estate. Her work includes cross-border transactions, corporate reorganizations and M&A transactions.
Her clients mainly consist of US multinationals and investment funds (including private equity and venture capital). Marlous has a focus on the US market and is currently based in our New York office. She is a member of our Real Estate team.
